HCB Labour Contractor. is an enterprise of the Group, formed with the objective of providing integrated Security, Facilities and Manpower Management and related support solutions, designed for industry and client specific needs. Maj.Gen.N.S.Gill spearheads this venture.

With vast experience in security industry, Gen Gill is the person behind turning Black Angels into a reality. With over 36 years of service with the Indian Army, he has had extensive experience in handling of security personnel in most difficult operational conditions, both at national and international level. He also served in the Ministry of Defense as Director General Resettlement (DGR), where he was overseeing the functioning of over 400 DGR sponsored security services companies and over 100 transport companies managed by ex-servicemen entrepreneurs.
Post retirement from the Indian Army he has been associated with a leading multinational security company for over six years as operational consultant and a trainer. He has had advanced security training and operational studies in UK and Belgium and was responsible for all training activities in the countries in The Middle East, Gulf and South and South East Asia.
He comes with a vast experience in the Indian Army and in the corporate sector. While serving with the Director General Resettlement in the Ministry of Defence, he was responsible for managing a very large number of ex Servicemen enterprises in various fields of self-employment, the most important being the logistics companies operating in the public sectors like Coal India, SAIL and DVC. Post retirement, he has been deeply involved in the field of Manpower Management at the leading Airports in the Country and in Managing Manpower in the coal subsidiaries.
